Remember to bring your Maths Notebook tomorrow so that we can do some last minute revision before we sit for our Maths CA1 at 11.00am.

Also, bring your edusave reply slip/ $15 cash/ cheque for the subscription of the Little Red Dot if you are ready with it. Please give the payment to me by this Friday.

Many a times I mention - No one is born unintelligent. How high you can achieve depends on how much effort and discipline you put in. Attitude = Altitude.

Remember, a healthy mind is encased in a healthy body. So eat healthily and maintain your personal hygiene at all times. You wouldn't want to fall sick this week!

When doing revision, do take a break every hour. Drink lots of water. Do rest early tonight!

Food contribution - 80th Anniversary Celebrations CIP

Dear 3B,

I have mentioned to you today that the school will be celebrating the 80th Anniversary on 25th May 2012. As part of the celebrations, the school has embarked on a CIP to allow the pupils to show care and concern for others in the community.

Each class is encouraged to collectively contribute 10 of each of the 8 types of food items listed below, with minimum 6 months of expiration date from February 2012.

3B aims to contribute 2 items per person. Thus, collecting 82 food items in all. Do note that each class can only collect maximum of 10 of each food item.

The food items that can be contributed are:

1. White rice (1kg) X 10
2. Button mushrooms (can) X 10
3. Cream crackers (packet) X 10
4. Instant noodles (5/6 in a pack) X 10
5. Milo powder (400g tin) X 10
6. Sardines (can) X 10
7. White sugar (1kg) X 10
8. Baked beans (can) X 10

Please ensure that each item is not expired, tampered or dented. We will collect the items everyday and the housekeeping members will send them to the collection venue.

We are also aiming to collect

1. 80 1.5litres plastic bottles for recycling
2. 80kg of newspaper for recycling

I am sure pupils of 3B can help in making this event a successful one. Once you have made your contribution, I will strike a star in the chart shown in class.
