Bread Mould after 12 days

Were you able to guess how the Moist Bread and Toasted Bread will look like after 12 days? Below are the images of the 2 breads. I had disposed them after taking the pictures as they started to smell. Can you describe the appearance of the 2 breads?

Holiday Homework Reminders

Dear 3B,

Hope you have completed your homework. If you have not done so, please complete them now.

- EL: Companion Booklet 5 - Practice Sheet 1 to 7
- MA: Maths Revision Worksheet
- SC: Science Worksheet - Classifying Animals (Cut and paste)
- Instructional Reading Booklet: Mr Popper's Penguin book cover

Remember to bring your Term 2 STELLAR Learning Sheet if you have not done so.

I also noticed that the classroom was poorly managed during the school holidays. It is clear that you did not clear the mess after the presentation skill workshop. This is very upsetting as we worked so hard to keep it clean throughout the whole term. Do help to clear up some mess if you reach school early tomorrow so that we can have more time to have fun lessons instead of using the time to clean up the classroom.

See you tomorrow.

DO YOU KNOW? You can see Jupiter and Venus in the night sky tonight!

If you look out in the sky now, you can see two very bright lights. They are not stars. Stars would twinkle but these lights do not. They are actually Jupiter and Venus!

Venus and Jupiter
 captured from my bedroom window.
The moon orbits near the planets this month and since the sky is clear tonight, Jupiter and Venus can be seen very very clearly! If you have a telescope, you may even be able to see Jupiter's four moons.

When I surfed the internet, I found out that the month of March is the best month to planet-watch! You can read more here, http://earthsky.org/astronomy-essentials/visible-planets-tonight-mars-jupiter-venus-saturn-mercury

If you were able to see Jupiter and Venus like I did tonight, comment and share with us your experience. If you missed the chance, don't worry. Hopefully the sky will be clear again tomorrow so that you would get the chance to see them again. Nevertheless, you can still comment on the post and share your thoughts with us!

P.S: My friend told me that he would send me pictures of the planets that he had captured from his telescope tonight. I will update the post once he sends me the pictures.

Have fun planet-watching!
